Once payment is made, there will be no refunds or returns under any circumstances.

3. Cancellation Policy.

If you choose to cancel your order after payment, cancellation charges will be applicable.

4. No Customizations (Initial Phase).

Customization is not allowed in this version. For this you need to connet with team for Premium support and feature.

5. Future Edits.

Future changes of address/phone number or any other updates will incur additional charges. Charges will be completely depended on the changes.

6. Can you replace your card with others details.

No you cannot replace or re-edit your card with any other person name or identity, specially in the case of bulk team card, you cannot re-edit or replace you new team member details with older team, it will be counted as new/fresh digital card and new charges will be apply on making.

7. One-Time Submission.

Details submitted via the form are final. Any edits requested after submission will be chargeable.

8. No Editing Access for Clients.

Clients cannot edit or modify the digital card design. The file is non-editable and cannot be copied or reused.

9. Digital Delivery Only.

The card is shareable via a single link and supports platforms like WhatsApp, email, and social media. No app or login required.

10. Lifetime Validity.

Once created, your digital card will remain active for life.
